That page has five sections. One for each year.
Year one, you write a few lines. Year two, you open to the same page,
read what you wrote twelve months ago, and write again. By year five,
that single page holds a snapshot of your life across half a decade —
who you were, who you became, and everything in between.
Start any day of the year. There's no wrong time to begin.
Write daily, or catch up when you can. A few sentences is plenty.
